We guarantee that our shipping is reliable, and we want all of our customers to get their orders. We guarantee delivery 100% of the time because of this.
Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged or not shipped for some reason, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund, depending on what you want.
If you only get part of your order, though, we’ll refund the full amount and only charge you for the items you got.
Uncorrected Delivery Address
Please note that we are not responsible if you enter the wrong mailing address during checkout. You will be charged postage to have the item re-shipped as long as you provide us with the correct shipping address after the shipping company returns the item to us by default.
Lost in Transit or Held by Customs?
If the package is:
- Lost in the mail
- More than 30 work days late
- Australian customs either stuck or turned them away
You can get
- Free Reshipment (one time, to a new address if needed)
OR
- Full Refund (if asked for)
Note: If you want a return or a new shipment, you must let us know within 60 days of when you placed your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Because of how pharmaceuticals work, we can’t take back an order that has already been shipped or delivered, even if the package hasn’t been opened.

Payment & Refund Method
- The original way of payment, like a credit card or cryptocurrency, will be used to process the refund.
- It can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for refunds to show up, based on your bank or wallet.
- After delivery, you have 24 hours to let us know about any problems or things that are missing.
- Look at the Order Copy in your Email to see if any items are missing. The things you should get are not written on the delivery note.
- You have to write down that this doesn’t match your arrival and report it within 24 hours.
- If there are any problems, you can get a free replacement. You may need to send pictures or videos to show any damage or mistakes.
- Anything reported after this time will, sadly, cost money.
- Our records will show that the things have been accepted or delivered once they have been delivered.
When will I get my money back?
When we get word that you want to return an item, it usually takes about 7 days to process the refund. If you give us the wrong account number or any other wrong information about your bank, or if third-party funds credit is turned on in your account, we are not responsible.
Are there any fees you might have to pay?
Yes, you might have to pay to send something back. You will not get the amount of your return if you pay a return fee. Also, the costs and taxes will not be returned.
